ACS Class Attendance Agreement

agree to attend the ACS Counseling program assigned at my own risk. I have access to sanitary products in the program. I understand I am attending the program at my own free will and also understand the risks which may occur during the covid 19 Pandemic. I will not hold ACS nor any entity, classmate or individual liable for attending classes with ACS.
